Impact Baez was placed on the 7-day injured list after undergoing knee surgery in early July to address a torn meniscus in his knee. He will now be forced to miss the remainder of the season, finishing his 2024 campaign with a .267 average with a home run, three doubles, four RBI, three runs scored and a stolen base over 30 at-bats in eight games with High-A St. Lucie.
