Impact Bonifacio joined Detroit's active roster on Wednesday and this will be his second start in three games. Corner outfielders Cameron Maybin and Christin Stewart have both been struggling, so Bonifacio could earn himself more playing time if he gets hot at the plate. Victor Reyes is also in the mix and is starting in left Friday.
