Big homer in Friday's win Rojas went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run in a win over the White Sox on Friday. Impact Rojas made his one hit count, lasering a 386-foot shot to right center in the first inning that brought home Jason Vosler and Mitch Garver. The blast was the first of three straight for the Mariners in the opening frame and snapped a 31-game home-run drought for Rojas, who'd last left the yard June 15. Despite the big hit, Rojas still has a ways to go to bring his numbers back up to par with his early-season body of work, as he's hitting just .158 and sporting an anemic .518 OPS in 66 plate appearances in July.
