Two-RBI performance Profar went 1-for-4 with a triple, two RBI and a run scored Saturday against the Mets.

Impact Profar delivered an insurance run with a triple in the eighth inning. He now has at least one hit in eight of his last nine games, during which he's also recorded seven RBI and five runs scored. Seven of those games have come at home, and the Rockies are set to begin a seven-game road trip following Sunday's contest.

Impact Profar doubled in his first at-bat and came around to score on a Kris Bryant double. He added a two-RBI double of his own in the seventh inning and now has multiple hits in four consecutive games -- two of which have come on the road. In that span, Profar has four RBI, three runs scored and three doubles. He still has a below-average.328 wOBA and 91 wRC+ for the season, but is hitting .308 with only a 12.3 percent strikeout rate across 16 games in May.

Impact The 30-year-old signed with the Rockies on March 19 but was unable to enter the country until just before Opening Day due to visa issues, but he's now ready to go after seeing action in some minor-league games in Arizona. Impact Profar agreed to a one-year, $7.75 million contract with the Rockies last Sunday and can now finally join up with his new team just before the close of spring camp. It's going to be a quick turnaround, but the 30-year-old could very well be in Colorado's starting lineup for Opening Day on Thursday at San Diego. He doesn't offer a ton of power or speed, but Coors Field tends to elevate those things. It's an ideal landing spot for the former top prospect.
