Impact Schwarber notched his first hit of the night by taking Ryan Yarbrough deep to center and then later singled home a run in the ninth as the Red Sox put together a mini-comeback late in the game. Schwarber has 28 home runs this season but his long ball Tuesday evening was just his third of the year off a left-handed pitcher. He's been fantastic since his return from a long layoff due to a hamstring injury, as he's slashing .340/.492/.600 with three homers, five RBI, 11 runs scored and 15:14 BB:K across 15 games. The 28-year-old slugger also owns a 1.092 OPS over that span.
