Homers twice in win Martinez went 3-for-4 with two home runs and five RBI in Monday's 8-3 win over the Tigers.

Impact Martinez opened the scoring with a second-inning solo shot, popped a three-run blast an inning later and tacked on the Dodgers' last run with an RBI single in the seventh. He's gone 13-for-36 (.361) over nine contests since he returned from a groin/hamstring issue that sent him to the injured list in August. The designated hitter is slashing .266/.318/.556 with 28 homers, 91 RBI, 55 runs scored and a stolen base through 101 contests overall.

Earns 12th win Lynn (12-11) allowed three runs on six hits and two walks while striking out six over five innings to earn the win over the Tigers on Monday.

Impact Lynn gave up a three-run home run to Jake Rogers in the fifth inning, but that was the extent of the damage. While he's given up 10 homers over his last five starts, Lynn has won three of those outings. He's at a 5.92 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 181:60 K:BB through 171.2 innings over 30 starts between the Dodgers and the White Sox this season. The right-hander is projected to make his next start at home versus the Giants over the weekend.

Impact Grove has been recovering from a right lat injury and continues to inch closer toward activation. He was sent out on a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sept. 7 and could be cleared to return sometime over the weekend according to skipper Dave Roberts.
