Leaves start with trainerGray exited Saturday's start against the Dodgers with full body cramping, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
ImpactThe 29-year-old delivered five scoreless frames before giving up a leadoff double to Corey Seager to open the sixth inning, and the right-hander promptly exited after being visited by the athletic trainer. Seager came around to score, so Gray ended up allowing one run on four hits and one walk with seven strikeouts across five innings. He should be considered day-to-day and may not miss a start since it appears to be a minor issue.

Sits for second timeSmith will be on the bench Saturday against the Rockies, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
ImpactThe Dodgers made it clear over the offseason that Smith wouldn't find himself in the lineup all that more often than Austin Barnes this season. That's been the case through the first three games of the year, with Smith starting just once and Barnes starting twice. Smith went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, two runs and two RBI Friday, but even that wasn't enough to keep him in the lineup.
