Released from hospital Tanaka (concussion) was released from the hospital Saturday evening. Impact Tanaka was struck in the head by a Giancarlo Stanton liner during live batting practice Saturday afternoon. He was able to walk off the field with the help of trainers but experienced concussion-like symptoms, though a CT scan came back negative and he was able to be discharged from the hospital relatively quickly. He'll have to go through concussion protocol before returning to the field.
