Two big flies in victory Chapman went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in Saturday's 8-3 win over Texas. Impact Chapman, who hadn't homered since July 30, took Jordan Lyles deep twice in this one, first giving Oakland a 2-1 lead in the second inning, and then making it a 5-3 game in the seventh. The homers were Nos. 15 and 16 of the season for Chapman, who has had a tough year offensively, slashing just .218/.316/.382 in 472 plate appearances. He's 7-for-22 (.318) with a 9:7 BB:K over the last week, however, so perhaps he's finally starting to find his way out of it.
