Impact Foster made two scoreless appearances last month during his first stint in the big league since he had Tommy John surgery last August. The right-hander will offer interim manager Grady Sizemore a fresh relief arm after he used his bullpen to cover 4.2 innings in Monday's loss to the Orioles.
