Impact The right-hander has come out firing since the All-Star break, reeling off 12 straight shutout frames over two starts. However, it's a testament to how bad Harvey's been this year that the hot streak has only lowered his ERA to 6.65, and his 6:1 K:BB over those two outings suggests he's been more lucky than dominant.

Impact Harvey had his best outing of the year against his former team. It was his first quality start since April 26 and his first win since May 1. The 32-year-old also needed only 74 pitches to get through six innings and likely could have been left in if the game was a bit more wide open. Harvey still owns an atrocious 7.13 ERA, 1.68 WHIP and 63:27 K:BB over 82 innings. He's well past his glory days and shouldn't be considered as a viable fantasy option. He'll tentatively line up to face the Nationals next week.

Impact Harvey blanked the Astros over his first three innings but ran into trouble in the fourth when he allowed both of his runs on four singles. The 32-year-old has now had back-to-back respectable outings for his typical standards against two of the better overall offenses in the Blue Jays and the Astros. He still owns a horrendous 7.34 ERA, 1.71 WHIP and 58:25 K:BB over 72.1 innings. His inability to strike batters out truly caps his ceiling and he'll be in line for another start against the Blue Jays at the beginning of next week.
