Impact Moniak has now compiled multiple hits in three straight games and in five of his six contests in August. During the latter stretch, he's slashing .440/.440/.640 with a home run, two doubles, five runs and three RBI. Moniak has shown in the past that he can get hot, but he's also gone through numerous cold stretches -- in fact, prior to his strong start to August, he finished July with a .188 batting average across his final 10 games.
