Adrian Houser - Will start ThursdayHouser will return to the Brewers' starting rotation Thursday against the Mets, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
ImpactHouser had been working out of the bullpen over the last couple of weeks, but the Brewers don't have any days off leading into the All-Star break and will give him another shot in a starting role. The 30-year-old right-hander has pitched to a 4.02 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 25:13 K:BB in 40.1 innings (seven starts, two relief appearances) this season.

Cal Quantrill - Strong in rehab startQuantrill (shoulder) allowed three hits and a walk while striking out three over five scoreless innings in his rehab start Sunday with Double-A Akron.
ImpactQuantrill threw 58 pitches (38 strikes), so it seems likely he'll need at least one more rehab start to stretch out closer to a starter's workload. The right-hander has been on the injured list since June 2. Once he's ready to rejoin the major-league roster, one of Tanner Bibee, Logan Allen or Gavin Williams would likely be optioned out unless the Guardians opt to go with a six-man rotation to build in extra rest for their rookie pitchers.

Trevor Stephan - Handed extra-inning lossStephan (3-3) took the extra-inning loss Sunday versus the Brewers. He allowed an unearned run on a hit and a walk while striking out two in one inning.
ImpactStephan couldn't keep the game tied in the 10th inning, and the Guardians weren't able to catch up. Owen Miller supplied the RBI double to beat his former team. Stephan has still gone 8.2 innings without allowing an earned run since a three-run meltdown June 1. Devin Williams - Awarded fourth winWilliams (4-1) tossed a perfect ninth inning and wound up with the win over the Guardians on Sunday.
ImpactWilliams was handed the ninth with the game tied and got the job by sending the Guardian hitters down in order on 16 pitches. The Brewers wound up winning after taking the lead in the 10th, handing Williams his first win since May 13. The 26-year-old continues to be one of the more reliable closers in baseball. He's given up a run in just two of 26 appearances this year and sports a sparkling 1.75 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 35:14 K:BB over 25.2 innings.

Elvis Peguero - Earns savePeguero picked up his first career save Sunday against the Guardians after striking out two and not allowing a hit in the 10th inning.
ImpactPeguero was awarded a save opportunity in the 10th after Devin Williams pitched a perfect ninth to send the game to extra innings. The 26-year-old started off the frame with back-to-back strikeouts of Jose Ramirez and Josh Naylor and shut the door on the game by getting Myles Straw to foul out. The 26-year-old has been a viable reliver in his first season with the Brewers and now stands at a 2.89 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 25:11 K:BB to go with five holds and the one save over 28 innings. He's unlikely to see many more save chances moving forward unless Williams is unavailable to pitch.
