Alex Colomé - Picks up ninth saveColome allowed one hit and one walk but no runs over an inning of work Saturday night, picking up his ninth save in the Twins' 6-4 win over the Brewers.
ImpactAfter picking up the save Friday against the Brewers, Colome was called upon again to handle the ninth on Saturday night. The right-hander got Lorenzo Cain to ground out before walking Pablo Reyes and allowing a single to Omar Narvaez that put the tying run on first base. Fortunately for both fantasy managers and the Twins, the 32-year-old induced a double play from Jace Peterson to end the game. With Taylor Rogers still on the injured list with a sprained left middle finger, Colome figures to see the bulk of the Twins' save opportunities.

Caleb Thielbar - Nabs sixth winThielbar (6-0) allowed one hit and struck out three over two shutout innings, picking up the win in Saturday's 6-4 victory over the Brewers.
ImpactThielbar inherited a two-on, none-out situation Saturday night, but limited the damage to just one unearned run to record his sixth win of the season. The three strikeouts are the most the local Minnesotan has recorded in a single outing since July 5.

Charlie Barnes - Allows three earned runs in no-decisionBarnes allowed three earned runs on four hits and one walk with two strikeouts through four innings, taking a no-decision in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Brewers.
ImpactBarnes allowed just one hit through his first four innings on Saturday but failed to record an out in a brutal top of the fifth. After sitting in the dugout for an eternity while Brewers' starter Adrian Houser had his own issues, Barnes allowed the first four batters he faced in the frame to reach on a walk and three singles before getting the hook. While giving up three earned runs in four innings is nobody's idea of a dream start, the left-hander didn't allow an extra-base hit. After getting shelled by the Yankees to the tune of seven earned runs last time out, this latest start from the rookie is at the very least an improvement.

Adrian Houser - Allows five in lossHouser (7-6) allowed five runs on five hits and three walks with four strikeouts through five innings, taking the loss in Saturday's 6-4 defeat to the Twins.
ImpactThis was a perplexing outing for Houser. Through three innings, the right-hander was working on a no-hitter. In the fourth, the Twins sent 10 men to the plate and scored four times, as Houser gave up three hits, three walks and hit a batter. But baseball is weird, and the 28-year-old followed that clunker of an inning up with a three-pitch frame in the fifth, retiring Jorge Polanco, Josh Donaldson and Max Kepler on back-to-back-to-back offerings. Regardless of the oddities associated with this start, the five runs are a letdown, as Houser entered play having allowed just one earned run in his last 16.2 innings.
