ImpactBrennan's pair of hits knocked in Andres Gimenez for both of the Guardians' runs in the win. This was Brennan's third straight multi-hit effort and his fifth in his last seven games. The outfielder's small surge has helped stabilize his place in the lineup even with the solid hitting of Ramon Laureano. Brennan is at a .271/.301/.370 slash line with 12 steals, 38 RBI, 35 runs scored, five home runs and 22 doubles through 120 contests.

ImpactBrito, who turns 22 later this month, has made 44 starts at second base, 24 starts at third base and eight starts at shortstop with the RubberDucks. Unlike many other recent Guardians middle infielders, Brito projects to bring more value with his bat than his glove. He is already on the 40-man roster and should make his big-league debut next season.

ImpactAccording to Nightengale, Paddack sat around 95 mph with his fastball and induced five whiffs on six swings against his changeup. Paddack is nearly 16 months removed from Tommy John surgery and presumably will require at least a couple more rehab appearances before being activated. The Twins could use him as a multi-inning reliever late in the season.
