Miguel Del Pozo - Throwing bullpen TuesdayDel Pozo (jaw) will have an idea of when he might return after his bullpen session Tuesday, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports.
ImpactManager AJ Hinch said Del Pozo is still dealing with soreness in his jaw, but he was cleared of a concussion and should be ready to pitch again fairly soon. With rosters expanding to 28 on Wednesday, the lefty will likely remain with the Tigers even if he requires a few more days to recover.

Dillon Dingler - Rehabbing at Low-ADingler (finger) began a rehab assignment at Low-A Lakeland over the weekend and has gone 1-for-9 with an RBI over his first two games with the affiliate.
ImpactDouble-A Erie placed Dingler on the 7-day injured list Aug. 6 with a fractured finger tip on his left hand, but the 22-year-old doesn't look like he'll be in store for an extended absence. Assuming the finger causes him no issues in his subsequent rehab games, Dingler could be ready to rejoin Erie by the end of the week.

Miguel Del Pozo - Cleared of concussionDel Pozo passed his initial concussion tests after being struck in the jaw by a line drive in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Twins, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
ImpactAfter being recalled from Triple-A Toledo prior to the contest, Del Pozo was summoned from the bullpen to begin the ninth inning. Just two pitches into his appearance, he took a liner from Max Kepler off the face, but he still recorded the out and appears to have escaped from the play with little more than a laceration on his chin that required stitches. Del Pozo can be viewed as day-to-day heading into the Tigers' three-game series with the Athletics that begins Tuesday.
