Reaches 10-homer mark Haniger went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Friday's 10-2 win over the Phillies. Impact Haniger produced his first multi-hit effort since June 14. He singled in the second inning and scored on a Luke Raley homer before going yard himself in the seventh inning for Seattle's last run of the game. Aside from the first few weeks of the season, Haniger has not been very consistent at the plate. He has a .209/.293/.347 slash line with 10 homers, 36 RBI, 34 runs scored and 11 doubles over 93 contests this season. He's still getting a decent share of playing time between right field and designated hitter, but Haniger's role could be reduced once Dominic Canzone (thigh) or Julio Rodriguez (ankle) return from their respective injuries.
