Might not hit leadoff this season Betts could be moved down from leadoff in the Dodgers' batting order this season, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports. Impact All 138 of Betts' starts last season came in the leadoff spot and that helped him score 117 runs, which tied for the National League lead with teammate Freddie Freeman. Manager Dave Roberts did add he'd have to find another player who would make sense for the top of the batting order over Betts, and he's not sure at this juncture who that might be. While Roberts might want to shift the veteran outfielder down into the heart of the order, Betts' career .368 OBP could wind up being the Dodgers' best table-setting option.
