ImpactFollowing Monday's fielding practice, Carrasco is expected to throw his first live batting practice sometime this week. While the right-hander could require several live BP sessions, he's expected to begin a rehab assignment shortly after. If he remains on track in his recovery, Carrasco could make his team debut prior to the end of July.

ImpactEickhoff elected free agency after he cleared waivers Saturday, but he'll ultimately return to the Mets on a minor-league deal. The right-hander should report to Triple-A Syracuse after he made eight starts with the minor-league club earlier in the season.
