ImpactKing has been sidelined since early July with a bruised right middle finger, and starting a throwing program is the first step toward potentially returning from the injured list. The 26-year-old will be eligible to return from the 60-day IL in early September, but he figures to require additional time to continue his rehab given he's only just resumed throwing.

Corey Kluber - Continuing rehab at Double-AKluber (shoulder) was transferring to Double-A Somerset to make a rehab start Tuesday, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.
ImpactKluber made second rehab start with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre last week, and he'll move to Double-A for another outing Tuesday. The right-hander threw 56 pitches over three-plus frames in the previous outing and should continue ramping up his workload.
