Stays hot Saturday Castellanos went 2-for-4 with two runs and an RBI in Saturday's 11-5 win over the Nationals.

Impact Though he's mostly been a disappointing in his first season in Philadelphia after inking a five-year, $100 million deal in the spring, Castellanos has gotten off to a nice start to August. Through his first five games, Castellanos has gone 5-for-16 with two home runs, five RBI and five runs. He'll be included in the lineup for Sunday's series finale, manning right field while batting fifth.

Impact The 30-year-old went the entire month of July without hitting a home run, but Castellanos ended his 26-game drought in the eighth inning by taking Collin McHugh deep for the game-winning hit. It was only a matter of time before his power returned -- Castellanos is batting .375 (15-for-40) over his last 10 games, and while he has only nine homers in 103 games on the season, he's more than capable of putting together a big surge down the stretch.

Impact Castellanos wasn't able to flex any power Sunday, as all four hits were singles, but he had just three hits across his previous eight games. The outfielder was able to go 1-for-2 on the basepaths as well, as he stole second in the first inning but got caught when he tried again in the third. The 30-year-old now has a .252/.306/.387 slash line with seven home runs, 37 RBI, 30 runs scored, three steals and 17 doubles across 73 contests. He will likely continue to get regular playing time in right field, but Bryce Harper's broken thumb should allow Castellanos to rest his legs more frequently as the designated hitter.
