Impact Maton will be called upon to help fill in for Jean Segura (groin), whom the Phillies placed on the injured list Wednesday. The 24-year old has been moderately successful at the big-league level in 2021, hitting .252 with two homers in 103 at-bats. Maton will almost certainly remain with the Phillies until Segura returns to action, and possibly longer.
