Ramón Laureano - Back to runningLaureano (groin) ran around the bases with Triple-A Las Vegas on Wednesday, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
ImpactIf he doesn't experience any issues while running, the plan is for Laureano to begin a rehab assignment in Triple-A on Thursday. It's unclear how many games he will play in the minors -- that will depend on how he's feeling -- but it seems Laureano is quickly approaching activation. The 28-year-old outfielder was slashing .218/.295/.436 over 61 plate appearances before landing on the IL.

Paul Blackburn - Rehab start postponed againBlackburn's (finger) rehab start scheduled for Sunday was pushed back after experiencing more discomfort with his blister, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
ImpactThis is now the second time Blackburn's finger blister has prevented him from making his next rehab start. He worked his way up to 62 pitches in his most recent start last Sunday, but now that he's experienced multiple setbacks, Blackburn may still be a few weeks away from his season debut.

Adrián Martínez - Avoids serious injuryMartinez's (elbow) MRI results revealed inflammation in his right forearm Wednesday but no structural damage, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
ImpactA's manager Mark Kotsay said Martinez will still be shut down from throwing for five days, but an extended sign on the injured list appears unlikely. The 25-year-old righty holds a 6.75 ERA and 1.38 WHIP over 17.1 frames across six appearances this season.
