No-decision against Philly Corbin came away with a no-decision in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Phillies, giving up two runs on seven hits and two walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out two. Impact The veteran left-hander remains stuck on 99 career wins, but Corbin wasn't efficient enough to have gotten No. 100 on Friday even if he had gotten some support from the Washington offense. The Phillies put runners in scoring position in four of the five frames Corbin worked but only broke through in the third, and he left the mound after 96 pitches (58 strikes) with the Nats down 2-0. Corbin has gone five straight starts without a win, stumbling to an 8.51 ERA, 1.97 WHIP and 20:9 K:BB through 24.1 innings over that stretch. He'll look for that elusive 100th victory in his next outing, which lines up to come at home next week against the Rockies.
