Miguel Yajure - Lands on injured listYajure (hip/back) was placed on the 7-day injured list with Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday, Rob Biertempfel of The Athletic reports.

ImpactYajure exited his previous start Saturday with hip and lower-back discomfort. The injury is apparently serious enough to cost him at least a week, but it's not yet clear how much time he'll miss beyond that.

The lefty-hitting Ortega could end up filling the large side of a platoon in center with the righty-hitting Christopher Morel, who was called up from Double-A Tennessee on Tuesday.

The Pirates haven't listed a starter for Wednesday's game, but it could be Roansy Contreras, who would be on turn for the outing after pitching Friday for Triple-A Indianapolis.
