ImpactPeters landed on the shelf Aug. 28 with a strained lower back, and Tuesday would be the first day he's eligible to be activated. If he's able to start, the left-hander shouldn't face significant workload limitations given the brevity of his absence.

Keller has a 7.13 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 25:18 K:BB over 24 innings out of the bullpen for the Pirates this year.
