Impact As exciting a player as Arozarena is with his power-speed combo and flair for the dramatic, last year's 28.1 percent strikeout rate and .222 xBA have had a lot of analysts forecasting a dropoff this season. But he wasn't a whiff machine in the minors, and with just two strikeouts in 26 spring plate appearances, Arozarena has been demonstrating much-improved bat-to-ball skills. If he can carry that forward into the regular season, he could outperform his draft position by a considerable margin. Although he's 27 years old, Arozarena has only one full MLB season under his belt, so it's hardly unreasonable to think that he has some development left in him.
