Impact Soto went yard for the fourth time this month, and he's about on pace to match his 28 homer mark from last year. The former National is now on a five-game hit streak, and also sports a .932 OPS. That would be his highest total since 2021 if the season ended today.

Impact Kim tied his season-high for RBIs in a game. The second baseman is now on a five-game hit streak, and has hits in eight of his last nine contests. The third-year veteran now has seven homers on the year, and is currently on pace to pass his career high of 11.

Joe Musgrove - Notches sixth win Musgrove (6-2) earned the win Friday, allowing one run on six hits over seven innings against the Nationals. He struck out seven and did not walk a batter.

Impact Musgrove had one of his best appearances of the season against the floundering Nationals. The right-hander has not allowed more than three runs in a start since May 20 against Boston, and has only allowed one homer this entire month. The former Pirate is also on pace to clear his career-high of 11 wins in a season.

Luis Campusano - Catching bullpen session Saturday Campusano (thumb) will catch a bullpen session Saturday and has been taking full swings at the plate, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Impact Campusano isn't expected back until mid-July, but he seems to be recovering nicely from the thumb surgery he underwent May 12. The 24-year-old backstop was slashing .238/.227/.429 through 22 plate appearances prior to injury and figures to head out on a rehab assignment before returning to the active roster.

Michael Wacha - To be skipped in rotation Wacha will bave his turn in the rotation skipped Saturday against the Nationals due to shoulder fatigue, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Impact Snell's red-hot June run continued Thursday as the lefty pitched six innings of shutout ball for the second straight start and third time in four starts this month. The only real trouble he faced on the afternoon came in the fifth when he allowed back-to-back singles with two outs in the inning.
