Brandon Dixon - Contract selected by San Diego Dixon had his contract selected by the Padres on Tuesday.

Impact Dixon joined the Friars on a minor-league deal in March and will join the big-league club with nine games left in the regular season. The 30-year-old had a 1.313 OPS with 13 home runs in 25 games for Triple-A El Paso and is looking to see big-league action for the first time since 2020 with Detroit.
