Wilmer Flores - Homers in win Flores went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 4-2 victory over the Astros.
Impact Flores, starting at DH against the left-handed Framber Valdez, extended the Giants' lead to 4-2 in the top of the ninth with a solo homer off Bryan Abreu. It's the fifth home run of the season for Flores and his third in eight games. He's gotten off to a solid start at the plate, slashing .253/.303/.470 with 12 runs scored and 10 RBI through 83 plate appearances. However, it's hard to count on consistent production from Flores as he's fallen into a short-side platoon role with LaMonte Wade and Joc Pederson.

Impact Slater started in center field and led off against the left-handed Framber Valdez, logging a pair of singles and his second stolen base of the season. It was only Slater's third start after missing the first three weeks of the season with a hamstring injury. He's gotten off to a hot start at the plate, going 6-for-12 with a double. While Slater offers some stolen base upside, his role in the short side of a platoon makes it hard to rely on him for fantasy purposes.

Impact Doval has earned saves in back-to-back games against the Astros, improving to 5-for-6 in save opportunities this season. The 25-year-old closer has been solid of late, allowing just one run in his last six appearances (five innings). Doval's ERA is down to 2.77 with a 1.23 WHIP and 17:7 K:BB through his first 13 innings this season.

Impact Webb was excellent Wednesday, holding the Astros scoreless until Alex Bregman's two-run homer with two outs in the eighth inning. The 26-year-old Webb has allowed two runs in each of his last three starts, pitching into the seventh inning in all three outings.
