Anthony DeSclafani - Shifts to 60-day injured list DeSclafani (ankle) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Monday.
Impact DeSclafani has been out since late April with right ankle inflammation. He's been throwing for nearly two weeks but apparently won't be ready for game action until late June. Per Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic, the veteran righty apparently hasn't suffered any sort of setback, but the Giants want to take things slowly with his recovery.

Yunior Marte - Back to Triple-A Marte was optioned to Triple-A Sacramento on Monday, Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic reports.
Impact Marte appeared in Sunday's series finale against the Cardinals but didn't fare well, as he surrendered four runs (two earned) on three hits and four walks over 1.2 innings. The right-hander owns a 7.71 ERA and 1.71 WHIP with a 7:6 K:BB across 9.1 frames so far this season in the big leagues.

Impact Gonzalez owns an excellent .349/.397/.492 slash line through 21 games this season, adding two homers and three steals. He'll make way for now for Tommy La Stella (Achilles) to return from the injured list, but he seemingly did everything he could to earn another opportunity.

Impact La Stella underwent surgery on his right Achilles in October. Impact Pederson went yard for the first time since April 25. Since that date, he's hit a pitiful .086 (3-for-35) in 13 games. Carlos Rodón - Hammered by Cards Rodon (4-2) was handed the loss during Sunday's 15-6 defeat at the hands of the Cardinals, allowing eight runs on 10 hits and one walk with three strikeouts in 3.2 innings.
Impact Rodon struggled from the start, surrendering four runs in the first inning and four more in the fourth before being pulled in what was easily his worst outing. The eight runs surrendered exceed the seven the 29-year-old had given up through his first six starts, nearly doubling his ERA from 1.80 to 3.49 in the process. Also of concern is the three strikeouts Rodon has tallied in two of his last three outings, though a 12-strikeout performance is sandwiched between. He'll look to get back on track against San Diego next weekend.
