Evan Justice - Optioned to Triple-AJustice was optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday, Luke Zahlmann of The Denver Gazette reports.
ImpactJustice was summoned from the bullpen both Saturday and Sunday and likely would have been unavailable for a day or two, so the Rockies decided to send him to the minors to open up a roster spot for fellow reliever Daniel Bard, who was activated from the injured list in the corresponding move.

Daniel Bard - Back from injured listBard (forearm) was activated from the injured list Monday, Luke Zahlmann of The Denver Gazette reports.
ImpactBard landed on the injured list earlier this month, but he will rejoin Colorado's bullpen just a couple days after he was first eligible to do so. He was tagged for 13 runs -- eight earned -- in 4.0 innings over his last five appearances with the Rockies, so it seems unlikely he will join the late-inning mix, even with fellow reliever Justin Lawrence tending to an ankle injury.

MLB Playoff Watch: Which contenders boast the best October rotations?
Thairo Estrada - Stays warm SundayEstrada went 2-for-5 with one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Sunday's 11-10 win over the Rockies.
ImpactEstrada has five multi-hit efforts over his last 11 games, going 15-for-46 (.326) in that span. He's also logged three steals, two home runs and six RBI over those games. The second baseman continues to be one of the Giants' best hitters with a .277/.319/.423 slash line, 12 homers, 47 RBI, 61 runs scored and a career-high 22 steals over 108 contests.

Mike Yastrzemski - Picks up second stealYastrzemski went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 11-10 win over the Rockies.
ImpactThe steal was Yastrzemski's second of the season. He's never had more than five in a campaign, and it makes sense that he's been reluctant to run after a year plagued by hamstring injuries. The outfielder has struggled lately, going 3-for-20 (.150) over his last six games, dropping his season average to .247. He's added a .797 OPS, 14 home runs, 40 RBI and 52 runs scored across 94 contests.
