ImpactIt's been quite a quick rise for the 25-year-old righty, who wasn't particularly highly thought of heading into last season but finished the year with a 3.03 ERA. That number was backed by the rare combination of an elite 60.9 percent groundball rate and an above-average 26.5 percent strikeout rate. Webb will take the ball April 8 at home against Miami and will be lined up to take the ball the following week against the Padres, also at home.

Still, Daniel will be a pitcher worth tracking as he likely heads back to Triple-A Salt Lake to begin 2022. Though his initial taste of the Triple-A level didn't go well last season -- he gave up 24 earned runs on 37 hits (including seven home runs) over 21 innings -- the 24-year-old righty was dominant for Double-A Rocket City (2.68 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 66:8 K:BB in 47 frames) prior to his promotion to Salt Lake.
