Impact Nogosek had been out with shoulder inflammation since late July. It's no surprise to see him head back to the minors, as he's made just a single major-league appearance this season while making 23 at the Triple-A level.

Impact Nogosek has been on the 10-day injured list since July 24 with right shoulder inflammation. Even when healthy this season, the 26-year-old right-hander hasn't been a key member of the New York bullpen, so the Mets may not bring him back from the IL before September.
