Back on IL with forearm strain The Reds placed Antone on the 10-day injured list Wednesday with a right forearm strain. Impact Antone had missed the past two months with a strained forearm before being activated from the 10-day IL Tuesday, but he lasted just one appearance before aggravating the injury. While the Reds haven't commented on the severity of Antone's setback, he'll almost certainly miss more than the minimum 10 days, and he could be in danger of sitting out the rest of the season. With Antone out of the picture for the time being, Mychal Givens, Michael Lorenzen, Lucas Sims and Amir Garrett look to be the top late-inning options for manager David Bell.
