During that stretch, he's posted a .301/.346/.397 line with four stolen bases. With just one homer in his last 109 plate appearances, the 29-year-old's slugging percentage has dropped to .445. Despite that drought, he is one long ball and one steal away from his first 20-20 season.

With the Rangers out of playoff contention and youngsters Bubba Thompson and Leody Taveras getting regular playing time, Calhoun may end up on the bench more frequently down the stretch than he was earlier in the year.
