ImpactCanha continued his stellar September with yet another homer Saturday. After hitting just .158 with two home runs in August, the Oakland outfielder has already cranked four homers in September and is hitting .286 over the course of 10 games.

Matt Olson - Hits 33rd homerOlson went 1-for-4 with a solo homer in Saturday's 8-6 loss to the Rangers.
ImpactOlson smacked his 33rd homer of the season off Texas starter Wes Benjamin in the third inning. The slugger is now three long balls shy of matching his career high of 36 that he set in 2019. This particular home run breathes new life into Olson's push for the mark, as it's the 27-year-old's first round tripper since Aug. 23.

ImpactMarte got the Athletics on the board early with a solo homer off Texas starter Wes Benjamin. Since coming to Oakland, Marte has posted some ridiculous numbers. He has a .342 average with 20 RBI and an astounding 22 steals over 38 games. He'll command a pretty penny in free agency this winter.

Leody Taveras - Homers in winTaveras went 1-for-5 with a solo homer in Saturday's 8-6 win over the Athletics.
ImpactThe Rangers' new leadoff hitter provided the club with an insurance run Saturday, smoking a solo shot off Yusmeiro Petit in the ninth inning to make it 8-6 Texas. In eight games hitting leadoff this season, Taveras has a .263 average, well above his season mark of .157.

Jonah Heim - Hits game-winning homerHeim went 2-for-3 with a double, a homer and two RBI in Saturday's 8-6 win over the Athletics. He also drew a walk.
ImpactHeim smoked a double off Cole Irvin before bashing a game-winning two-run homer off Andrew Chafin in the eighth inning. The long ball is Heim's first since Aug. 1 and can perhaps put some juice back in the catcher's bat. His average has slid from .227 to .200 since the start of August.

ImpactPeters kicked off the Rangers' furious comeback late against Oakland with a two-run homer that brought Texas to within two in the eighth inning. The swing first, ask questions later outfielder has reigned it in a little bit in September (hitting .250 in the month, .207 for the season), but there are still an awful lot of strikeouts in his game.
