Trevor Megill - Records 11th saveMegill earned the save Wednesday in a 5-4 win over the Blue Jays, working around a hit and a walk while striking out one in a scoreless ninth inning.
ImpactAfter Toronto logged three straight hits off Hoby Milner to start the ninth, the Brewers turned to Megill to shut the door. He'd get off to a shaky start, allowing two inherited runs to score after a hit and a walk, though he'd ultimately settle in and close out the 5-3 victory. The 30-year-old Megill has now converted Milwaukee's last three save chances while allowing just one earned run in his last seven appearances. Megill's converted 11 of 12 save opportunities this year while working to a 1.89 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 25:5 K:BB across 19 innings.

Tobias Myers - Another strong outing WednesdayMyers (3-2) earned the win Wednesday over the Blue Jays, allowing one run on three hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out four.
ImpactA Davis Schneider homer in the first inning accounted for all the damage against Myers on Wednesday. The rookie right-hander has made two starts since he was recalled from Triple-A in late May, allowing just one run on four hits over 14 innings. The 25-year-old Myers has certainly made a case to stick in the Brewers rotation with Joe Ross (back), Robert Gasser (elbow), Jakob Junis (shoulder) and DL Hall (knee) all sidelined. He's currently lined up to face the Angels at home in his next outing.
