Rehab starting Sunday Suero (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment Sunday with Triple-A Rochester, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
Impact Suero has been out with a strained oblique since mid-April. He threw 22 pitches in a simulated game Thursday, so he shouldn't be too far from returning to the active roster if he gets through a rehab appearance without issues.

Impact Suero was placed on the injured list April 18 and is eligible to return May 1. Given that he has yet to actually throw to this point, that may not be realistic. However, it appears that the team is optimistic about the way his recovery is going.
