Fails inspection twice Kenseth will start Sunday's race at Kentucky Speedway from the rear after failing inspection twice, Jim Utter of Motorsport.com reports. Impact Kenseth will keep his official starting position of 17th, but will drop to the rear on pace laps. It makes him slightly less intriguing as a DFS option having to pass more cars on a track that is already extremely difficult to pass. Kenseth does have momentum, however, after a runner-up last week at Indy. He also has a win at Kentucky back in 2013, the only other day race in the track's Cup series history.
