Announces Cup Driver Lineup Kaulig Racing announced the driver lineup for their No. 16 Cup series team. The ride will be split among Allmendinger, Noah Gragson, and Daniel Hemric.

Impact Allmendinger will get the bulk of the starts in the team's No. 16 Chevrolet with 15 total events, plus the season opening exhibition, the Clash. The veteran driver's emphasis is clearly road course racing with all six of those events included in Allmendinger's slate. Gragson will take on 14 events, with Hemric slotting last with nine events, including the Daytona Duels qualifying race.

Crew Chief Named Kaulig Racing has named Matt Swiderski, Crew Chief of the No. 16 Camaro ZL1 driven by Allmendinger, Daniel Hemric and Noah Gragson.

Impact Swiderski got a taste of Cup Series crew chief last season in Kaulig's part-time schedule. He'll be the man to lead this full-time team in 2022. Allmendinger will share this ride with both Hemric and Gragson, but should get the bulk of the starts in the 36-race schedule. Both Allmendinger and Swiderski combined to win on the Indianapolis Road Course last year, so they have some potential to impress on the road circuits.
