Impact Dillon turned in a dominant performance and finished 0.674-seconds ahead of local driver, Ross White. Dillon entered the event to get some valuable experience on the dirt ahead of next weekend's Bristol Cup Series dirt race. "Cory Hedgecock and Shane McDowell put this car together for us and it was a blast all week long," Dillon said. "We were able to win a heat race - win, win, win, going 3-for-3 over the week. It was a lot of fun and now I'm looking to the Cup race. Hopefully, this will work out for us next Sunday where we're able to see how the track changes."

Third in Daytona 500 Dillon finished third in the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway Sunday night.

Impact It's been quite a week for the driver of the No. 3 RCR Chevrolet. After capturing the win Thursday night in his Daytona Duel race, Dillon entered the Daytona 500 on a mission. He'd avoid the many multi-car accidents of the night, and survive with the fenders intact to race for the win. Dillon was a fixture among the leaders for most of the race and would lead 7 total laps for the night. As the last-lap wreck sparked among the lead duo, he would navigate through the storm and come out the other side. Dillon would be credited with third-place when the final caution came out. It was his third-career Daytona Top-5 finish and first Top 5 in the Great American Race since his 2018 Daytona 500 victory.
