Suspended for Homestead Wallace has been suspended for this Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at Homestead-Miami Speedway for intentionally wrecking Kyle Larson last week at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Bob Po... Impact Wallace took a hard left after Larson made a mistake and put the No. 45 car in the wall off of turn four. Not only did it create a very dangerous situation for Larson, but it also ended Wallace's day and took out Toyota teammate Christopher Bell, who is going for a championship. Wallace then got out of his car and went over to confront Larson where he shoved him repeatedly. NASCAR is making a statement here that they will not tolerate something like this that can potentially put another driver in danger. Wallace has emerged the second half of this season and even won the first stage last Sunday in Vegas. He just can't lose his cool in this way and needs to find a better way to show his displeasure that doesn't put someone else's safety in jeopardy. It's unclear who 23XI will elect to have drive the No. 45 car at Homestead, but John Hunter Nemechek would be the likely candidate.
