Impact Wallace's contract is up at years end with current team, Richard Petty Motorsports. The No. 42 team of Chip Ganassi Racing looks more and more like a realistic possibility for the young driver if he decides to leave RPM. The CGR team is currently piloted by veteran Matt Kenseth, but his deal is believed to be just for the remainder of this season.
