Runner-up Finish at Daytona Logano finished second in the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway Sunday evening. Impact Logano would start near the front and race there most of the afternoon in the Great American Race. He'd lead 12 total laps and finish fourth in stage 2. The Penske Racing star would avoid the carnage of the four, late multi-car accidents and restart among the leaders in the second overtime. Logano would try to get past leader Ricky Stenhouse on the white-flag lap, but another caution would bring the race to an end. He'd grab the impressive runner-up finish, which was Logano's seventh-career Daytona Top 5.
