Races into Daytona 500 Field By virtue of finishing 12th in the Bluegreen Vacations Duel 2 at Daytona International Speedway Thursday night, Grala raced his way into the field for Sunday's Daytona 500.

Impact It didn't look good for Grala early on, but a lap 49 crash would bring out the caution and bunch the field back up. Grala would take advantage and engage in a thrilling 3-way battle with BJ McLeod and David Ragan for the final transfer spot into the Daytona 500. The driver of the No. 36 Ford would put McLeod behind him coming to the finish line and earn the final spot in the Daytona 500 field.

Impact Garla will do some part-time racing this season with Rick Ware and he'll kick the effort off with a start in this weekend's exhibition race, the Busch Light Clash. The young driver will pilot the team's No. 15 Ford Mustang and make his first appearance in this pre-season exhibition. Grala will face a stiff challenge against the best drivers in NASCAR's top division on this very small race track.

Daytona 500 with Front Row Front Row Motorsports will once again attempt a third entry in the Great American Race. This year, Grala will be behind the No. 36 Ford Mustang Dark Horse during Daytona Speedweek....

Impact Front Row Motorsports has had past success at Daytona and even with third entries. Grala has also had some superspeedway success, picking up a strong sixth-place finish at Talladega with Kaulig Racing in 2021. The part-time driver and this FRM team should be a good combination. However, Grala will have to race his way into the field for the Great American Race as he will not be able to fall back on a provisional start.

Impact The No. 15 Ford will be a driver rotation car, but Grala will get a bulk of the starts in that team's entry. He'll make 25 starts behind the wheel starting with the pre-season Clash. Grala's first regular season start will come at Atlanta. The journeyman driver will be paired with crew chief, Billy Plourde, and the two will look to elevate this small race team. Grala has talent, but has never taken on this much Cup Series action in a single season.
