Crash and DNF in Nashville Stenhouse Jr. crashed and finished 39th in the Cracker Barrel 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Nashville Superspeedway on Sunday evening.

Impact Stenhouse saw a recent string of good finishes come to an end Sunday evening at Nashville Superspeedway. The HYAK Motorsports driver started 13th on the grid and was pointed towards a possible Top-15 finish. However, Stenhouse would find trouble on lap 110 when he'd get contact from behind by Carson Hocevar. The No. 47 Chevrolet would spin out of control and make heavy contact with the wall. Unfortunately, Stenhouse's evening would be done and he'd be hit with his first DNF of the season.

However, the veteran driver would use patience and smart moves to get through the field and crack the Top 10 by stage 2. Stenhouse would establish track position among the leaders and battle among them the rest of the way. A late accident and caution would lead to NASCAR overtime and the HYAK Motorsports driver would use it to drive to a strong fifth-place finish. It was his first Top 5 of the season.
