Fifth-Place at Texas Harvick finished fifth in the O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 at Texas Motor Speedway Sunday afternoon. Impact The Stewart Haas Racing star was one of the stronger drivers in the field Sunday at Texas Motor Speedway. Harvick led 40 total laps and was the biggest challenger to a very strong Ryan Blaney for most of the race. The caution at lap 307 would be a game-changer though. Many teams employed alternating pit strategies, but Harvick went for four tires and fuel. He would pit from the lead but come back much further back in the field. That would ultimately take him out of the running to win, but Harvick would rally to finish fifth-place at the checkered flag. It was his 11th Top 5 of the season and extended his current Top-5 streak to five races.
