Zeke Nnaji - Grabs five boards in returnNnaji (adductor) tallied five points (2-3 FG, 1-1 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist and one steal across 14 minutes in Saturday's 142-110 win over the Hawks.
ImpactAfter missing eight straight games with a right adductor injury, Nnaji was upgraded to available ahead of Thursday's game against the Clippers, but head coach Michael Malone didn't turn to the big man off the bench in a narrow two-point win. With Saturday's game proving to be less closely contested, Malone inserted Nnaji back into the rotation as the backup center. Nnaji and Peyton Watson should both see light run at center moving forward whenever starter Nikola Jokic is off the court.

Mouhamed Gueye - Gets run late in blowoutGueye (elbow) recorded zero points (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt) and one rebound over four minutes in Saturday's 142-110 loss to the Nuggets.
ImpactGueye checked in for Jalen Johnson with 3:43 remaining in the fourth quarter and played the rest of the game as the Hawks essentially conceded defeat in the blowout loss. The late cameo marked Gueye's first appearance for Atlanta since Oct. 30, after he missed extended time first due to a stress fracture in his back and more recently due to a UCL sprain in his right elbow. He should be active for Atlanta the rest of the season, though he may need at least one of Clint Capela, Jalen Johnnson, De'Andre Hunter or Bruno Fernando to miss time before he's included in the rotation.

Bogdan Bogdanovic - Balanced line in blowout lossBogdanovic had 18 points (6-10 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 31 minutes during Saturday's 142-110 loss to the Nuggets.
ImpactBogdanovic haas responded well to his adjusted role in the backcourt, but Trae Young's (finger) potential return may find him back with the second unit. The sharpshooter's three-point numbers have dipped a bit in the off-guard role, but he'll remain at that spot until Dejounte Murray supplants him upon Young's return. Jalen Johnson is locked in at the four, leaving Bogdanovic and De"Andre Hunter as the top candidates to be excluded if Young returns in time for the playoffs.

Dejounte Murray - Drops 12 dimes in lossMurray totaled 14 points (4-15 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, 12 assists, one block and one steal across 36 minutes during Saturday's 142-110 loss to the Nuggets.
ImpactMurray's scoring total left a bit to be desired, but he managed to move the ball around effectively. His 12 assists allowed every member of the starting five to log double-digit totals, but Murray's shot was notably off. Although he drilled three three-pointers, he shot only 26.6 percent from the floor. Murray continues to carry a heavy load without Trae Young (finger), and he'll need to step up as the Hawks attempt to improve their playoff seeding.

Clint Capela - Leads with 19-point double-doubleCapela finished with 19 points (5-6 FG, 9-12 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists and one steal across 30 minutes during Saturday's 142-110 loss to the Nuggets.
ImpactCapela was surprisingly the highest scorer in the blowout loss, and the big man renewed a double-double streak after posting only six points in his last outing against Dallas. Capela's numbers have dropped in his 10th season, but he's still a productive member of the starting five. The Hawks will need excellent frontcourt support from Capela as they try to overtake the Bulls for ninth place in the Eastern Conference.

Peyton Watson - Logs 13 points as bench emptiesWatson finished with 13 points (6-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists, five blocks and one steal across 27 minutes during Saturday's 142-110 victory over Atlanta.
ImpactWatson will rarely post numbers this high, but the lopsided total gave him extra time Saturday evening. Aaron Gordon's (foot) injury also allowed for more time on the floor. The 2022 first-round pick has seen a sharp increase in all of his 2023-24 season averages, but the 21-year-old still sits far outside fantasy viability.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope - Scores team-high 24 points in routCaldwell-Pope closed with 24 points (9-12 FG, 6-9 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and two steals across 28 minutes during Saturday's 142-110 victory over Atlanta.
ImpactCaldwell-Pope's 24 points were a season high, and he got there due to a season-high six three-pointers The veteran has logged 20-plus points in two of his last four games and has connected on 62.5 percent of his three-point shots over the last two contests.
