May require another ankle surgery Harris' agent, Mark Bartelstein, said Thursday that his client could require a second procedure on his left ankle, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. Impact Bartelstein noted that a decision on whether Harris will require another surgery will be made in the next 1-to-2 weeks, so at a bare minimum, the 30-year-old can safely be ruled out through the All-Star break. While Brooklyn is likely hoping that Harris can avoid another procedure and recover from the ankle injury through rest and rehab, it's clear he's not progressing as anticipated since undergoing the initial surgery Nov. 29. At the time of the procedure, Brooklyn was hopeful Harris would be able to return at some point over a 4-to-8-week window, but the Nets acknowledged the sharpshooting wing suffered some setbacks in his recovery. Kevin Durant (knee) is also set to remain out through the All-Star break, but at this stage, he may be closer to returning to the lineup than Harris.
